SHIPPING

Our jewelry is handmade to order, and exact shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. It is estimated that each piece will ship within two to three weeks. The actual time may be longer or shorter depending on production capacity and other conditions. Time is measured from the first business day after the order is placed. RETURN POLICY

 We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order. If you are interested in a different item, please return your item(s) to Daria Pacelli and simply purchase the desired piece at www.dariapacelli.com. We only accept returns for items in unworn condition, and the tags and original packaging must be completely intact. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and reshipping costs for exchanges.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the item and approving the return.
